dump&done collects booking details you submit, including your name, phone number, email (optional), pickup address, job notes, date/time preference, uploaded photos, and your preference for whether we may text you about your booking.
We use this information to provide quotes, schedule pickups, communicate booking updates, and operate our services.
We use Google Analytics only when you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner.
If you check the box giving us permission to text you, an actual member of the dump&done team may send you SMS messages about your booking (confirmations, ETA, follow-up). We do not run automated marketing texts. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you.
